Jess Glatz
Jess is passionate about leading others on their journey toward mindful healing and self-discovery. Through her guidance, you can expect a warm, energetic experience designed to foster relaxation, balance, and self-healing. Jess invites her clients to embrace joy, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to their inner selves.
With over 20 years of experience as a public-school teacher and her Yoga RYT200 certification, Jess combines her expertise in education with her deep knowledge of wellness practices. Her holistic approach integrates Yoga, Reiki, guided meditations, gratitude practices, breathwork, and creative modalities for self-exploration.

Heidi Boone
Heidi is a certified children's yoga instructor with the Kidding Around Yoga program (KAY). With 17 years of teaching experience at the elementary level, Heidi combines her classroom strategies and her love of yoga with children. She feels that yoga empowers children with self-regulating methods to live their best life.
When she is not teaching, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys. Her hobbies include reading, being outside, and starting her day with a hot cup of coffee.
Marie Deshuk
Marie is a certified Pilates Reformer instructor who believes strength, alignment, and mindful movement are the foundation for feeling confident and capable in your body. Her reformer sessions focus on building functional strength, improving mobility, and supporting long-term movement health—whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. She fell in love with Pilates Reformer classes when taking classes in Chicago when visiting her daughter and is excited to be teaching at Align Studio in Amherst.
With a background in public education dating and over a decade as an elementary principal, Marie brings clarity, encouragement, and thoughtful progression into every class. She creates a supportive environment where clients feel challenged yet successful, emphasizing quality of movement, body awareness, and sustainable strength.
As a Level I and Level II Reiki practitioner, Marie also brings a calm, grounded presence to her teaching—helping clients leave each session feeling stronger, more balanced, and reconnected to their bodies.
Katherine (Katie) Carp
RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher
In 2011, Katie started practicing Hatha Vinyasa yoga, after she was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Katie walked into her very first yoga class and learned that for one hour and fifteen minutes she could stop fighting herself. Her yoga mat became a place where it was ok to forget the struggles and to just be. She started teaching yoga to create a space where people could experience this feeling of being okay. A moment in time to feel Strength, Confidence and Serenity just as they are. Katie attended the 200 hour training with Healthy Mind, Body, Soul in 2018 and started teaching that same year. Then added to her education in 2021 at the Yoga 108 School of Yoga for a 300 hour training.
Sound has been an important part of her journey. Her parents gifted Katie her first singing bowl and she was hooked. The notes linger in the air long after the bowl is played. The soothing vibrations allow for a deeper meditative experience. Katie incorporates sound into her yoga classes and offers full immersion Sound Baths.
Michelle Spillman
Michelle is a 500hr Yoga Teacher and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (NETA-CGEI) and has been leading classes since 2016. She received her 200hr YTT certification through the Carrie Treister School of Yoga and earned her 300hr YTT certification through Satsang Yoga Studio under the guidance of Sharada Devi Jen Jenhart.
In addition to Yoga, she has held Specialty Certifications in Barre, Pilates Mat, Les Mills, and Spinning. Her journey to take Health & Wellness more seriously began after her Stage 3 Colon Cancer diagnosis in 2015.
Exercise became a form of therapy and gave Michelle a sense of empowerment. She made the decision during that time to continue to seek a consistent & active lifestyle.
She hopes to inspire others to do the same. Her goal as a Yoga Teacher & Fitness Instructor is to come alongside others in their journey and give them the tools to become stronger, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
Gabrielle Manders
Barre Above- Monday, Wednesday & Fridays @5:00am
My name is Gabrielle and fitness has been apart of my life since I was little . After having my 3rd son and 3rd c-section with 9 hernias I knew I could not be high impact With fitness.
Insert Barre, I stumbled across this magical blend of fitness that has transformed my core and small muscle groups. When I saw my results I knew I was called to teach Barre Above. I’m now a certified fitness instructor in Barre Above.

Angee Fabrizio
Hello, my name is Angee Fabrizio!!
With a strong foundation in fitness as a NASM-certified personal trainer for six years, I always felt like something was missing. It wasn’t until I was introduced to yoga during a challenging time in my life that I found my true passion. After the passing of my father, I sought a change that would not only help me grow but also continue my desire to support others on their wellness journeys.
In 2017, I earned my RYT 200 Certification at Zen Yoga Studio, and from that moment, yoga became my home. I love working with new clients, guiding them through their practice, and watching them evolve both on and off the mat.
My passion for power yoga led me to discover Buti yoga, a dynamic fusion of power yoga, tribal dance, hip-hop, HIIT, and plyometrics. Buti yoga’s focus on women's empowerment and community resonates deeply with me, as lifting others up is central to my mission.
Both yoga and Buti yoga have transformed me—mentally, physically, and emotionally—helping me find balance, reduce stress, and embrace self-love in a way I had never experienced before. It’s a journey I am grateful to share with others.

Meet Jeri Leigh
Jeri Leigh has been leading group fitness classes since 2018, creating spaces where movement is both energizing and empowering. Her classes, are designed to challenge your body, support your growth, and keep you coming back. She offers classes ranging from Kangoo Jump Boots, high intensity low impact intervals, strength training and bodyweight sculpt. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, just getting started or somewhere in between, you'll find options, encouragement, and a place to belong.
Jeri Leigh’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that fitness is about more than just the workout; it’s about connection, confidence, and discovering what you're capable of. She leads with heart, offers modifications for every level, and builds a class culture where everyone is seen, supported, and celebrated. Oh, yeah and high fives are given freely all around!

Monika Vas
My name is Monika. I’m a Certified Pilates Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a professional background in a healthcare. I focus on safe, effective and intentional Pilates sessions that emphasize proper alignment, core stability and controlled strength. I aim to create supportive workouts that help clients build strength, confidence and feel more connected to their bodies.
